I know some loan apps can auto-debit your account that is registered with them. But can they debit my other bank account that’s linked with the bvn.

In reply to Christopher. No, they can only autodebit your ATM card that is linked to their app. They won't be able to debit the account again once you deactivate that particular ATM card.
