I do not like the way your loan collector with 08055332003 sounded on a day to due date, I made her understand that she’s embarrassing me, and made a painful voice note to me that, if I don’t make the repayment, then I will see the true definition of embarrassment… You can imagine all this to client that due date is on the 7/7/2022 and someone calling on 6/7/2022 to communicate to me in an offensive manner… As far as nice naira is concern, I am no more comfortable… afterall I was charged interest so why the offensive communication from representative… She should learn matters when it comes to dealing with customers…
