At the initial stage I thought this is the best company so far,not knowing that it’s the worst in terms of customer Relationship.Honestly speaking you people should work on yourselves.Respect customers and be polite to each other.Please my advice stop issuing threats messages to your customers and I possible designate an individual that will call or relates with the client who actually know how to relate with clients in a more matured and diplomatic way.

This people are something else sorry to say this the way you people operate is not good you guys don’t have good working skill you people talk to costemers anyhow I’m going to advise you people to stop getting loan from this app is very bad app I take a loan from them was to in 7 days I got issue with my bank trying to sort it even the money I couldn’t use it the next thing I was reported to my bank you reporting me for what i don’t understand and when i was procceing it I try to cut it because I Dont need the loan but you guys still pay me so why all this issue this is not just fair you guys should work on yourself
