Locals in Nigeria’s capital Abuja are reporting that a chartered flight has crashed at the Abuja Airport.
Early reports also suggest that there were no survivors as the aircraft burst into flames after crashlanding.

Witnesses on the ground describe the pilot as a hero! saying The aircraft could have crashed into a residential area but they watched him maneuver into a free bush to crash.
The Nnamdi Azikiwe airport is approximately 20 km (12 mi) west of Abuja and one source said the crashed aircraft is a military plane en route Minna.
An American meteorologist, and aviation expert, Eric Burris further confirmed the event by Tweeting from his verified Twitter handle.
